easy on the starters 2012-04-16
Dropped in last Saturday night, a bit early so we actually got a table.. was a bit peckish so ordered three starters - the chk tikkas, a tandoori chicken 'something' stuffed with cheese and a basket of fries.. the food came by and was more than ample for 4 heads.. in fact, it all went very well with the beer... the rotis and daal makhani served with the tandoori starters were absolutely awesome.. must have.. -

Heard good things about this place, so decided to give it a go.. arrived at 8.30pm ish Sat night .. place was a little empty, thought oh no.. but we stayed.. managed to book a table.. all the remarks about the food are bang on.. you could just have a load of starters.. but we went for a starter + main.. and I have to say it was fab.. and being a brit the food + beer was a good price.. during the time we spent eating the place became packed.. bouncing with good music and lovely friendly people... we were the only Europeans there, but never felt uneasy.. Killer food!! 2012-01-16
Went to indus on a friday night, my friend suggested this place as i was a bit hungry......went upstairs n called for a couple of whiskeys and three starters.....one veg and two non veg (kebab items), both food and drinks are very reasonably priced.......the dj was spinning sum cool, funky retro beats...........in a few minutes drinks arrived..along with complimentary stuff like carrot n cucumber n peanuts...waited for sum more time the appetizers arrived....OMG the portions were soo generous we cudnt finish half the stuff....all in all a good place to tank up before a big night., had to leave... read more -

Food's mind-blowing. Well priced and generous portions.
They service roti and dal-makhni with every appetizer which really is a very very very very good thing because their dal rocks!
Liquour is well served, Beer is Chilled to toe.
Music is awesome - they play the 90's classics remixed which really makes up my day (or night, or day!).
All in all, a place for good times. -

The coolest cocktails! 2011-01-29
Indus has some really amazing cocktails and mocktails! The starters were good too esp the stuffed potatoes and the achaari aloo with makai...Music is good enough to sit and enjoy time with friends but definitely not rocking enough for one to hit the dance floor!( they have a special area for groups). The reasonable prices of both, the food and drinks further add to the coolness of the place. Way to go, Indus! -

Had been suggested this place by a frnd..somehow couldn make it for a long time..
one sunday we were searching for a place to go n suddenly Indus cropped up in my mind n we decided to visit d place..
d place was over crowded as is expected on sundays..however to our luck we had booked the table before hand..
d place is too good..the ambiance is amazing..d music rocks n the food was cheery n the top..
never had I thought that tis place wld be so super..

Indua is a cool joint to hangout at..The ambience is nice & so is the food ..Esp the complimentary daal makhani n parathas with the paneer platter ! The inhouse DJ rocks n plays stunnin Eng n bolly numbers..B the best part its reasonably priced to compared to other joints in this area!! Surely worth a second visit !! -

Great place to have a quite lunch - especially when you wish to discuss business. The food is good. The daal makhani that is served with cocktails is great. So is kebab platter. -

Sucks...Blatant discrimination towards Indians! 2010-01-23
Not a bad place as such but be prepared for a racial dsicrimination..or rather d obsession with fair skin... i went on a weekday with 4 frenz... and was told dat there is no entr wid open footwear... perfectly accpetable since some places do maintain a dress code n all... bt only to realize later that there were several foreigners on the floor with chappals!!!
highly disappointed to see such a bias at an otherwise decent place... a restaurant is never just about the food but rather the experience... will neva recommend... -
