I'm a frequent visitor here and it's true that I might not find a cheaper watering hole in my locality and might have to travel all the way to Gokul in town if I wanna get the same kind of alcohol/atmosphere. One constant complaint I've had is the owner and his attitute. He's probably never going to read this and it's not going to change anything about the place; but there is a hilarious yet annoying incident that happened to me here. I walked in with my laptop the other day and wanted to show my friend a picture that was saved on it. So I switched it on for five minutes and was asked by the staff to shut it down immediately. I did so because it did not bother me that time. But, the next time I walked into the place with my laptop, I wasn't allowed to enter and got a rude, "hum aise logo ko andhar aane nahi dete" from the cashier! Can you believe it?! I'm considered a bad person just because I carry a laptop to a drinking place! It happened by chance and I had nothing to say because my friends wanted to drink, so I had to drop my laptop in my friend's car and only then was I allowed. I felt like never going to the place again. Alas, I found myself there the very next day. Why? Cause it's such a cheap option to pre-drink and the sweet corn soup, like Matt Preston believes, is brilliant! Sucks, right?
