I decided to try JCB at Juhu for my haircut and fixed an appointment. The employees were very polite and helping. The stylist who was going to tend my hair spent some time examining my hair and then chose the products she was going to use on them. We also discussed which style would suit my hair and I decided on getting fringes. If you need to step out with your hair to be looking just perfect for a big day, JCB is the place for u. I have experienced services at other JCB outlets and I am quite a regular with them. I went to Juhu this time to try out the services there and I now have a new favourite JCB branch! The staff is extremely friendly and Sharon, who did my hair for a big party I had to go to, did complete justice to my tresses. She was extremely patient with me as I am very picky with my hair do's. Although the services offered by JCB are fairly good, I feel that the ladies at the counter are, in fact, rather ill mannered.
I completely agree with the statement that ‘8910hu’ and ‘Jute28’ have made that, the staff makes fun of the customers. This should be corrected by the management (if they care), bcoz it does create a very bad impression of the salon.
