    We had the most horrible experience going there. The staff is most horrible, discourteous and misbehaves with the customers. We had an appointment but got delayed by exactly 9 mins due to some traffic on the way. They confirmed with us twice over the phone at 5 and 8 mins, the second time we said we are just entering the building. Irrespective of that, when we reached the lady at the counter refused to treat us and started shouting at us.     I had the most pathetic experience going to JCB. Firstly the staff there is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had taken an appointment with senior stylist but after getting the haircut done they are informing me that it was done by the top stylist. The name of the so called top stylist was Kaynaz. She is one of the top stylist in the town who does not know the meaning of layers in deep U. She completely messed up my hair. I had long hair in which i asked her to do simple layers.     it has an amazing ambiance....very courteous staff....who know what they are doing...they genuinely give an opinion when asked for...so its definitely thumbs up for me ....the working style is simply simple....they do no bore you with detailed discussions about how you should maintain your hair or try to convince you to take up their other treatments....they simply hear you out n cater to your needs

    I frequent Biguine for my mani pedis and Haircuts and I love this place. It very classy and the treatment they give their clients is amazing. I have visited other branches as well and love this brand. I have recommended this place to my friends as well. Good going Biguine!

    I have previously written a review for the Banda location but now that they have opened a salon in Kemps Corner, I have started coming to this location. The quality level of service has been maintained and the decor of the salon is quite nice. With high ceilings on the first floor of an old building, they have managed to create a nice atmosphere with lots of natural light.

    While I usually just come here for a haircut, other friends have tried the spa services and have been quite happy with the results. I easily give it a 5-star rating and have it firmly listed in my favorite places.

    I discovered Jean-Claude Biguine thanks to their PR agency and got the best haircut EVER from Carol (who I highly recommend a visit to btw!) After that there's been no looking back, I'm addicted to Biguine and everything from their fantastic hair rituals to hassle-free waxing (using high-tech wax!) I used to go the Palladium since they have a salon at the collective but now its open at Kemps Corner too in a swanky old style building and I'm super excited :) Best way ever to spend a relaxing Sunday getting yourself pampered and primped, ladies don't miss out!
