Kafe D'Or, The Bake House - Huge Portions! 2010-07-09
Kafe D'Or is located close to Fun Republic and Sports Bar. It is opposite Citi Mall and is situated on the ground floor of Oberoi Chambers.
Kafe D'Or is a cafe, restaurant, bakery and even a night club - all rolled into one neat package. Step inside, and you will feel like royalty. Plush decor, mirror lined walls, low but humongous chairs and big tables greet the uninitiated. Their private dining area was off limits possibly because the entire restaurant was empty!
What is funny though is that the entry is from the bakery section which may put off some people expecting to step... read more -

Apple pie - ???? - where is the apple ? 2010-06-11
Tried their apple pie last week - very very disappointed. It was 90% crust and hardly a half spoonful of actual apple puree content. What a joke of an apple pie !
Strictly avoidable. -

The BIG mistake! 2010-06-10
If you go here and find absolutely no one there, don't be surprised. You definitely have made the wrong choice. First of all, they are confused. It doesn't seem like a cafe at all. It's more like a restaurant, and then they have a bakery, a nightclub and blah blah. Jack of all, master of none, seems like this phrase was made for them. The staff didn't seem interested in their only customers. Plus the food was below average, to be polite. And thirdly, the ambience, at first makes you feel like you're at a fine-dine restaurant, but you soon realize that it's getting on to you. Go to the food court... read more -
