good....can do better 2012-02-24
had visited this place with friends n kids.....their sev puri and bhel are great......however they can do better with the chola bhatura and pav bhaji....service was not very good....could do better in terms of both food and service -

I have had food from Kailash Parbat in the past, but mostly in the smaller outlets in shopping malls. With the same expectation, I decided to try out this bigger outlet.
The ambience at the restaurant was very average. It was crowded (in terms of placement of tables), and unimpressive.
Food was very good though. And given the variety that they serve, I wish they gain some inspiration from Haldiram, and make a better interior setting and overall experience. -

This time I tried their Home Delivery.. and I was let down!!!!
I placed an order for 2 Ragda Pattice, Paneer Butter Masala and a Veg Pulao. The order was placed at 8:15pm. I was told that delivery will take time. I asked how much and was told 45 mins. I was ok with it since it was HOLI and confirmed the same.
Till 9:15 there was no sign of the parcel coming in - so I called up once again and the guy on phone told me "nikal gaya". Cool I thought and waited. 9:45 and there was again so sign of food. To be noted - I ordered at 8:15 and till 9:45 there was no delivery made. Frustr... read more -

The staff were kind.The interior of the restaurant was also fine.The Chaat Items are very tasty but hoped that there more dishes.Overall Good. -

Kailash Parbat needs NO introduction.
1. Chaat Platter-- AWESOME. MUST TRY.
2. Aloo Tikki-- Crap.
3. Pani Puri-- You have to make it on your own.. No fun!
4. Ice Cream Sodas-- The blue one is awesome. You gotta try it out.. Don't have the kalakhatta. I personally didn't like it much.
5. Kesari Paneer Tikka-- BEST Paneer starter I've had. TILL DATE. I am not sure of the exact name, but it costs Rs. 170. It melts in the mouth..
6. Dahi Puri-- Awesome.
We filled ourselves with this and we never got to ordering the main course. :P -

stale food , over priced chart and un friendly rude staff....... had a stomach upset and the servers at the live counter dig their nose while serving the sev .... horrible place -

Had a bad day 2010-03-09
Have been there twice. The first experience was ok. The second was awful. Was seated in the back half of the restaurant. The ambience, the service, the waiters clothes all pathetic. The soup was cold and the manager kept touching it on my hands to make me feel how hot it was. In response to my complain the manager claimed that they were all sleepless for the last 3 days (long weekend). Never heard that one before :)
There was a long queue nonetheless. May be my experience was one odd case. -

On the day of Visarjan... with an apetite like Ganpatti Bappa and starving from hunger - I, alongwith a bunch of family members went to Kailash Parbat at Andheri West.
Located on Link Rd just between Fame and Infiniti, this place gets a thumbs up for chosing such a convenient location. "Table for 10?" - I asked (with no mood to wait) and "Please Come" said the manager.

Pani Puriiiiii is one thing here which would not stop tempting U,Pani Puriii for me is like "have as many you can "
Sindhi food out here is delicous but i dnt knw wht the previous fellow wrote abt the glass in the ice cream .
Koki with curd was made 2 perfection, aftr long time i had ani basar which was feel @ home.
ambience was soothing wit good lounge music
service here was complementing...
Overall it was great experience for us -
