Good Biryani after a long time... 2012-05-22
My experience at Kareem's was quiet contrary to those mentioned before. We went to the restaurant on Saturday. The place wasnt as crowded as we expected it to be and immediately got a table of our choice. We wanted to have Kheema paratha but that was not available then. So we ordered for a Chicken Dum Biryani and a chicken starter in green masala(i forgot the name!!). Both the dishes were very well prepared. most worst biryani I ever had 2012-04-10
While reading the lot of negative feedback on net, I still take a chance to give a try, and that was my most horrible experience.
I ordered for one chicken dum biryani for take away (Dt: 8-Apr-2012 receipt no: F-23204 amt: 272.00).
when arrived at home I found that the so called biryani is nothing except a sort of road side tawa pulao - Rice mixed with gravy added 3 chunks of chicken.
That the most horrible Dum Biryani I ever had in my life. Any road side stall will deliver much better Recipe for a fraction of that price.

Star to rate, one should get zeros to rate Kareem's.
It was a good Easter afternoon lunch that they ruined for me. And what one will be amazed to find is that we din even get to taste the food.
All started yesterday when we called Kareem's to place an order for a mutton raan (starter) for 6 to 8 people, we were asked to place an advance for the confirmation of the order and its on time delivery for the next day. So we did pay an advance for a timely delivery for the next day.
Today at around 12:30 pm when no one turned up from Kareem's, I called to check. And there was a... read more -

Bakwaas Maha Bakwaas, the food, ambience, staff and service is all maha bakwaas but their charges are somewhat equal to the 5 star hotels, the food and service should be much better in the outside thellas on the railway station, please don't waste ur hard earned money to these buggers, you will surely regret if u go in....
I couldn't beleive my ears when i saw the bill for the food which didn't even fill our tummies...we actually had to go to the food court in the Inorbit mall which was was 100 times better and satisfying... -

Total Ripoff 2011-10-11
I had gone there with my husband for lunch.. Most of the items on the menu were not available and the staff ais quite rude.. not to mention the price. One bottle of Aquafina was charged at Rs 45.. outrageous! The food was also not that happening.. would not recommend it to anyone.. -

I just landed there yesterday to just sample some kababs and biriyani since that is what Kareem's known for.We ordered a Chicken soup( a tad salty),Paneer Afghani (amazingly good) Lebanese Tikka (awesome melt in the mouth chicken) and Biriyani.All in all the taste of starters and soup was good.But the biriyani was a shocker because I have high expectations from Kareems when it comes to Biryani.It was bland..I am not a spicy food freak but this was way too bland..no salt..not aromatic...as if it wasnt saffron only colour...The service was prompt but some small details need to be taken care of (refil... read more -

Go here only if you don't know what Awaadhi cuisine is. The waiters have an attitude of a multi millionare. The way the food is served, you should be thankful, if some lands on your plate. A total Rip-off. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Avoid Peshawari Biriyani at any cost 2011-09-23
The tandoori chicken was good, wanted to order chicken biriyani, but the waiter force sold us PESHAWARI BIRIYANI, NEVER go for it. The HALF-plate PESHAWARI BIRIYANI for Rs 1000 is a completely rip-off. -

Its a Rip-off 2011-06-27
Ever had a starter platter and coke and paid 2grand for it, well you will if you go to Kareems. No prices mentioned on the menu, extremely pathetic and questionable food is what sums the place up. -
