I happened to read all the reviews of this restaurant at Powai and Bandra and have concluded theres something wrong with their concept and what ever happened, I wasnt the only one to suffer.
Having used their restaurants and services in Qatar and UAE and looking at their lack of service in Mumbai made me wonder just where have they gone wrong.
Maybe it was due to the fact that I had to wait nearly 40 minutes in line just to get to the counter to place my order, something I have never done in any other fast food restaurant in any country. Maybe the Zingers were tepid and not even warm and oily. Maybe it was due to the fact that the Coleslaw looked like KFC did me a favour by adding a little bit of mayonnaise to the vegetables. Maybe it was due to the fact that KFC's kitchens are ill equipped to handle the amount of customers that are visiting their restaurants.
What ever it is, I'll never step into KFC in Mumbai again. Believe me in the Gulf, people prefer KFC to McDonalds due to their superior products and service, but here its the other way around. Please read my review on McDonalds to know what I am talking about.
KFC please pull your socks or please let them down totally and please for heaven sakes, dont take your patrons for granted :-(
