This Place Stinks 2011-09-08
Wat the hell is that disgusting smell u get wen u enter this place?? is it rotting chicken?? Ive been to this place a couple of times, and every time i went there i got that foul smell. every time i go there with an intention to sit and eat, the unhygenic surroundings and smell put me off, n i land up taking a parcel. -

Sucks 2011-04-29
Due to the following:
1) Chicken wings with Hot sauce were not hot at all. I was served cold chicken wings and the worst part was even the 2nd time when i was served, it was cold.
2) The staff is completely untrained at what they do.
3) The strawberry crusher was the worst in ever had since it's inception.
4) The Chicken burger was served just with the chicken pattice and the bun without any sauces.
Is KFC listening ? -

lousy service and staff 2011-03-10
Very unkempt and dirty looking personnel...slow and inefficient too. Food quality also deteriorating...Pls mention the prices with tax included and maintain some queue system as people here can be obnoxious and rude and cant seem to understand the pricing when the final bill is handed to them. This seems to cause a lot of confusion and slows the queue and the meaning of fast food is completely lost in the bargain...almost tedious to visit , inspite of the awesome popcorn chicken... -

We are from New Zealand and thought we would try KFC in India. For the first few days it was closed for maintenance. Then when we saw it was finally opened we decided to have lunch there after our day of shopping. The first shock we had was that all prices displayed was excl tax, and there was no notice or indication of this. After purchasing our meal we went upstairs where we were told we could get our drinks from, and seating was upstairs as well. The next thing that put us off was the appearance of the staff. Not a "fingerlicking" anyway 2010-11-28
i had heard lot about kfc by my cousins from US when it wasnt launched in india... so it made me excited to visit when it opened in India...but after my 1st bite of KFC chicken my expression was "wtf"..!!
taste really sucks...if they says its fingerlicking crunchy chicken then they must try chicken cooked in indian or chinese style ....ton better n tasty than that...its not at all worth to spend on
yeah i wud lyk 2 specify that "zinger burger"is worth to try ..its really worth something.. -

i have to be blunt and admit im a big fried chicken fanatic.. today thanks to the kfc at bandra it has put me off the thought of fried chicken.. my friend and me traveled from colaba to bandra just for some good chicken.. my friend happened to be a chef ..
the experience was horrible from the minute we stepped in.. the staff couldn't care less about the people waiting to order.. they kept joking with each other and told me to wait till he finished some wise crack with his pal..

Service sucks! 2009-11-27
I went to KFC a few days back with a friend. We ordered for two milkshakes and grabbed a table. After around 20 minutes, someone from the staff came and interrupted us asking us to change the table or to hurry up and empty the table because there were a lot of people waiting. We were not even half way through with our shakes. My friend got really annoyed and snapped at the waiter asking him to apologize. He just nodded and left! Weirdo!
Never going back to this place, not atleast till they learn some manners!! -

This place has a lot in common with twitter & other useless entities; it's patrons willingly bend over hypnotized by the marketing & pop culture pressure only to get abused & pay for the pleasure.
The first things you notice upon entering are the stench of dead meat & the huge crowd. This seems to be the Meccah of every yuppie with bad taste in town, I have never seen a more crowded restaurant than this. I look down upon this place as chickens would upon Kentucky.
