Good ambiance / bad food quality 2012-03-08
If you are looking for good quality street food then avoid this place and go to Vile Parle, near Narsee Monji college where you'll get actual great quality street food.
The place has a really nice interior and certainly looks great but food quality lets the expectations down. -

visited this place, nice diff kind of exp..was reluctant to go for the first time..bt the exp turned out to be good..its a huge rest..food seved was good...n yeah its ISP..the ambeince..u get the local feel....its fun for kids..u have train handles...feeling of train moving also voice of people seling vada pav n chai....diff exp...
the food is also good here.....u have amazing ice cream..
Here u can gt the feeling of MUMBAI (road side stall) in a sophisticated clean place.
It is a nice place to being your internaional frinds and collegues if they wana taste n view2 of India. -

Perfect place for a gourmet! 2012-01-09
I had been suggested about this place by a few friends for it's ambience and finger lickin food, and when I had been there, I could see my friends weren't exaggerating! In fact the place far exceeded my expectation! Everything from food to ambience to access to staff is simply fantastic! A must for all kinds of dish lovers! -

Not a pleasant experience 2011-10-27
We visited this place on 25th Oct'11 night. Having read a lot of positive reviews here, we were confident of a good show. But, unfortunately there was something else in store for us. Right from smelly interiors in the local train setup (my friend even joked if they had managed to arrange for the local train stink too) to over-spicy n salty food to pathetic service, it was not such a pleasant experience. the only postive point was the ambience.. very rare and very well made.. Good Food..Terrible service 2011-10-01
I recently went to this place and i would like to say that the snacks that we ate tasted quiet good but the service was terrible. After placing our order, it took them half an hour to serve and that too they came up with a single plate of "pani puri". After spending like 1.5hrs over there, I felt that Customer Centricity was something that was really missing in their service. -

Hi this is Joseph here. I had been to this restaurant called Khaugalli last month.Was quite skeptical while going there as had heard lots and lots of complaints regarding the food and the service there.My expectation when i visited this place was zero.But on the contrary when i visited this place i found that this place is a very good place to eat even tho it is a tad expensive.I had discount vocuhers with me so no issues for the high prices but there were practically no issues with the food and the service.On the contrary i found there very tasty and the ambience of the restarant was a blow out... read more -

Terrible Service & food 2011-09-19
The quite gud concept with great ambiance but the owner should kn ppl come to hotel for food and better service. The worst part was when i was complaining to manager he was least bother Wat customer says. I was warn by one of my fren I thought its just his experience but later i came to knw this restaurant is good for nothin. -

Myself with family was there on last Sunday lunch with snap deal fixed meal. Ambiance was really excellent, food was good as per the price.We sat on the ground floor but I wanted to go to basement, but lunch time basement was closed.I think basement theme is nice one.About food mutton kebab and paneer tikka was really yummy. chicken kurchan was excellent number of chicken pieces was less so we had to order 3 plate.Nalli nihari and malai kopta was so so.Desert was also so so.
