Jolly Good, but Bolly Wood 2010-01-03
A refreshing change from the nightspots of yesteryears, Kir is a new age night club that aims to set its own imprint on the city's entertainment scene. In terms of ambience, set-up, background and logistics it seems very well planned. Ample space, good security, good drinks, good food, good location. The New Year's eve night, however, was a let-down in some ways. While music was good until 12 am, the scene changed completely thereafter with the music singularly oriented towards bollywood, bollywood and more bollywood. This was disappointing. Itz not that bad... 2009-12-26
We had a corporate party on Christmas, and we were here at KIR. The crowd was not some thing exceptional coz it was the same ppl we see everyday at wrk. So i'll write abt the place and food. The place has a whacky decor and u feel like ur in for some fun. The bar and the bartenders are good. The seatings were comfy, especially the lounge area. Food was crisp and tasty, no compromise here. Liked that!!
All in all u won't mind being here. -

no crowd, dull music n over priced.. 2009-12-15
We visited kir for DJ loopkin on Dec 12, 2009 but as it was a new place one of us thought to first check the crowd n interiors.
What we forun is that they are Charging Rs.1000/head cover charge at night 23.10 Hrs there is absolutely no crowd but just 2 uncle's sittin. Tough the interiors were good we dropped the plan of entering it due to no crowd, dull music n over priced.
I think the management should review this and reduce some prices compared to other pubs n disc. -
