Rats in the Lounge!! 2011-06-13
I had visited this place 2 days ago for the first time , i was horrified to see rats moving around not one but many . They were seen roaming between the gaps of lights. We informed the staff but they were least bothered to even see as if they were the natives of that place. How can someone have food in such unhygienic place. If rats are there in lounge imagine about the kitchen it will be more worse. i will never again visit this place & would recommend no one else also visit this place . I have visited Kiva from the time the place opened up. Though I must complain that the prices have gone up since then.
The food is tasty, ambiance soothing and service is good. -

i along with my office gang had gone 4 lunch on 31st dec.. horrible.. not d place but the serving system n d staff.
place is good..
food also good..
people der.. horrible.. no courtesy.. dey dnt serve u food.. dnt provide finger bowls even after reminders..

An Okish Experience 2010-12-04
I went there with my sister & 2 friends at 7.30 pm & ordered Drunken chicken & chicken tikka.. The chicken was stale. it was rubbery & chewy!!! We immediately pointed this out to the manager & he gave us a replacement & didnt charge for the previous order. This time, the chicken was soft, tender & yes, we could see the difference.
My friend has ordered Apple lady, which turned out to be way too sweet. Even the music was nothing great. There was nothing lounge like.
I went to Kiva after reading Burrp reviews & frankly, the experience was okish. Why give the customer a chance to -
