AMBIENCE:4/5i had gone to this place during kala ghoda art fest, one thing that is most striking is the ambience and the rooftop scenario, its worth be it with ur group or ur gf perfect setting, the hookah section is separate so if u r sllergic to smoke ask for other section .
FOOD:3.5/5 food was good not tht exceptionally delicious,
price: its on expensive side a meal for two can set u back by 1500k if u try 2 starters and main course. overall its a great place to have really good time -

For a place that does not serve any addictive substances, Kolya does decent business, yet I think their previous USP (Hukkah) is missed sorely by most. Food alone cannot compensate for the loss of Alchohol and Hukkah. Therefore you are pretty much dependent on a sugar high to enjoy yourself. -

loved the food,...specially black dal..roof top.. very expensive...but i really loved this place ...north indian food is nice...but now a days they dont serve hookah.. -

Only the Ambience is good 2012-03-02
We were a group of 7 and headed to this place called Koyla.
The ONLY good part about this restaurant is its ambience.
Food is BELOW average specially Veg starters.
Non veg starters are just ok nothing great! Main course dishes are waste of money.
A great NO NO..they accept only CASH...so be prepared for a surprise.
