Would like to apologize for the mistake during billing and even more for the inability of the staff at the store to rectify the problem on the spot. We have already got an update on the error and it will be rectified first thing in the morning.
Hope you will give Lace another chance. Our brand head will be calling you personally to fix this and try and make it up to you some how.

I did receive call from your brand manager the same day about the same and also from Vashi store. They told me that the money has been refunded to my card. I was delighted to hear that but unfortunately the refund was not reflecting in my card statement, I was told that normally it happens within 21 days as it is a credit card related issue. But even after 21 days it is not reflected in my statement. I had requested your store to send me a reference number of the refund made ,via email, so that I can track the refund from my credit card providers, but that is also not provide
