    I had been to lace at inorbit vashi yesterday and bought merchandise worth 1797 with bill however when i checked d credit card receipt it showed 7197. When i raised the issue they did nothing. they were unable to cancel the transaction, they said that they will have to check with their senior. the amount has been blocked by my credit card and am still to hear from them.

    Would like to apologize for the mistake during billing and even more for the inability of the staff at the store to rectify the problem on the spot. We have already got an update on the error and it will be rectified first thing in the morning.

    I did receive call from your brand manager the same day about the same and also from Vashi store. They told me that the money has been refunded to my card. I was delighted to hear that but unfortunately the refund was not reflecting in my card statement, I was told that normally it happens within 21 days as it is a credit card related issue. But even after 21 days it is not reflected in my statement. I had requested your store to send me a reference number of the refund made ,via email, so that I can track the refund from my credit card providers, but that is also not provide

    Thanks to the lace team for the support as the refund was finally made. I appreciate the gesture that lace decided to refund not the difference but the entire amount and offered the merchandise I bought free of cost. Special thanks to Karan Behal and Sanober Herekar for keeping me updated through emails on the status of the refund.

    Hi,
    I went to this store because of the reviews on Burrp but was tad disappointed because i did not find my size..

    The staff were helpful and they affirmed that I would be sent mails and ensured that I would be getting my size soon ( a wait of 15 days)..

    Hoping they give me the pleasure...

    A must go for all those who love lingerie..

    So happy to see "my" lingerie store on the website. Lovely store I absolutely recommend. Been here 3 times over the last 6 months and I buy the same lingerie I buy back home in Austria. Very friendly staff and nicely designed shop. Kudos...
