The owner, Rebbar, has lots of money to waste. He has built and rebuilt this hookah parlour again and again. When it started, it was spacious and the food was good. But then his cook "ran away" and he literally tore down the place. He then built bunker-type beds for hookah. I once went there with some friends and sat under a bunker bed.
