Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
They have above average furniture, but their services are very poor. They will commit to a time and NEVER make that appointment on time and will not even have the courtesy to inform you. They will be very casual about their evertime delays and .. it gets worse.. they will tell you that you didnt remind them! (remind them to do their job?!) My Advice: You can get better furnitures at a better place where they will respect their clients.
Bought a Recliner the other day and was promised a delivery today evening and now its 9:30 in the evening. Its when i call that they tell me that the stuff is getting loaded and delivery will be there by 11:00 to 11:30 middle of the night...SUCKS BIG TIME. And no courtesy to even call the customer...The Manager doesn't even take the call. Lousy Service!
