Good food at affordable prices 2010-02-01
I've been eating at Mac Craig for over 10 years now and the food's been consistently good. More importantly, the prices here haven't skyrocketed unlike those at its more illustrious neighbor, Candies.
It's good, clean and sumptuous food at college-student rates!
I recommend: the chicken burger, afghan chicken. -

Beware! 2010-02-01
As a food-lover, I am open to trying all sorts of food from all sorts of places. This is where the buck stops. Or at least mine does.
Had an experience at this establishment that chilled me to my gluttonous bone and left me nauseously clutching my belly in foetal position. It'll take therapy to cure me of the post-traumatic stress I am enduring and if we lived in a more litigious society I would send the bills to the owners of Mac Craig.
I would go into the reasons if my stomach would stop turning at the thought of it. The less said the better. Yuck. Please be careful. -

Candies style place 2007-10-26
Just went yesterday to Mac Craig with a couple of my office colleagues. We ordered for:
3 x Roast Chicken Meal - Rs.180
3 X Lime Water - Rs.60
1 X Water Donut - Rs.10
Total bill amount - Rs.250
The food was of good quality. The chicken was fresh and well cooked. The roast chicken meal comes with gravy and also includes a few pieces of fried potato chips and a garlic bread. The taste was much better than anything i have had at Candies so far. They also have many other meals such as Garlic Chicken, Chicken Tikka and others.
