Ouch!! 2011-11-07
Was craving doughnuts and coffee, so stopped at MOD which was on my way. Was greeted wih a smile by a young lady. Asked for the Chocolate Sin and the basic sugar doughnut with a caramel latte.The server Himesh asked if i wanted to eat the doughnut there itself and I replied in affirmative . So while i waited, he microwaved my doughnuts without even asking me. Still ok since a warm doughnut would be lovely. However, the doughnuts were scalding hot, so hot that the foam plates they were served on had marks. The glaze had dripped off from the sugar doughnut. Mad over donuts is the best thing to ever happen to India. We talk a lot about urbanization, and also about how India is laidback about progress. For all those who still believe so, I’d love to ask them to actually have a look around.
For a country where people hate to experiment with food, MAD OVER DONUTS today has achieved a status equivalent to the humble pav bhaji.

Cramped place but good stuff 2010-05-03
I always have a problem visiting this outlet of MOD. it's cramped with kids making a big noise in and around. have always preferred going to the Colaba outlet.
my all time favourite donut has to be the Double Trouble. Wife says the coffee is not bad either. -

Best donuts in town! 2009-06-08
This tiny little shop will make anyone go mad over donuts! It has limited seating but most of the orders are takeouts. The attached workstation serves fresh, soft, hot donuts. MOD is a gem at Breach Candy. I've had donuts from Donut Co. and American Donuts - and I can vouch for MOD as being the number 1 donut shop in Mumbai.
MOD has a range of flavours - I'm a fool for the oreo-laden Dark Night. I also love Cinnamonster and the classic chocolate donut. A single donut would cost around Rs.40 and a box of six Rs.200. Do not miss. -

The Dark Knight - mouth watering white chocolate with Oreo chocolate cookies on top....fantastic!
Having eaten Dunkin Donuts in Madrid, Mad Over Donuts beats them hands down. -
