  • Pathetic Service yesterday

    A bunch of us friends landed here last weeked and the waiters / servers were really rude. The dishes we ordered were lukewarm to cold and the servers wouldn't heat / replace them.
    They were busy talking to each other and the manager (some fat / bald guy) dressed in white wouldn't do anything to get them in line.
    This used to be a great place but the standard has really gone down with a bunch of illeterate people serving / managing the joint.

    Will not come back !! Lot of other options around Lower Parel to choose from than this ill managed ghetto of a place

    These guys only server beer or alcohol to girls only when they come with guys!
    They NEVER ask for ID then...
    But when you come alone with your girl friends.. they ask for ID and serve drinks!
    This has happened to me and rest of my girl friends several times!
    It has happened only in this place.
    This is very very wrong!
    You either ask every time whether or not there are guys or dont ask at all!

    Honestly expected better stuff from these guys than what was served.. Music sucked, its like one of the roadside "Thambi" restaurants where you end up searching where the heck the waiter is when you want to order.

    1. Issue with understanding what orders need to be taken - ordered 2 pints, but somehow English does not seem to be understood at this place and you had to repeat and reorder
    2. No draught beer - towers even though mentioned on the menu. God knows why when they were serving Draught Mugs.

    If you want to enjoy your game watching experince with some amazing drinks then just come to this place. This is such a good place with lots of LCDs all around. You will surely won't miss a single balll please grab yur drinks properly.

    Have been to three places for Karaoke - Soul Casa Fry, Irish Pub and Manchester United Club - the Manchester United Club ranks the best for its Thursday Karaoke nights.

    Well the reason is simple, almost everyone sings with you - when I was at the seated at the centere - every1 at the left, right and even behind sing with you as if there is a chorus without a mike when u sing the song

    The crowd is also amazing.

    And when I sang, I saw some decent dance performances as well - a salsa, a ball dance, etc, etc

    the place is good to visit for a unusual experience... the ambience is exciting and so is the music... the food tastes good... drinks are excellent... portions are adequate... the menu is priced appropriately as u dont feel like the money burns a hole in ur pocket coz at the end its all worth the spend and the moment enjoyed. Really liked their 'Make ur own Manchester Kick off!'

    Speaking of the sports bars in Mumbai, this one at Palladium is clearly one of the best. It is slightly expensive than the SBX but they cover up in the quality of food and crowd. The place is packed during matches with adds up to the experience. The cover charge during matches is around 1000 bucks for which you get limited drinks and unlimited soft drinks. Its kind of neverland for Man United fans.

    P. S. Even if you are a Chelsea fan, you will like this place :D:D
