Quiet and Delish 2012-05-18
I'd always loved the service at the hotel but never landed up eating at any of the restaurants. Wasn't sure if I'd like it given the food during conferences was average. Finally landed up going twice. A quiet place ideal for good food and conversation.
Food: Both times we went they served a small cup of sorba before the meal.Try the Dahi ke kebabs and the melt in your mouth paneer tikka. Loved the sauces/ chutneys the starters were served with. Good quantity and extremely filling. Avoid the baby corn seekh kebabs. The Paneer Makanhi and Black dal are delish and leave you wanting more.

Great meal at a great place 2011-12-14
We were celebrating my in law's 65th birthday with a group of 10 (6 adults + 4 kids). The food, the service and the hospitality completely shook us - who ever knew such astonishingly good food could come out of the Trident?
Awesome vegetarian food - dahi ke kababs, the paneer starters, the arbi starters - each a masterpiece in taste and flavor. The mains were equally good - from the dal to the koftas to the chokka hua dahi, all except the paneer main dish which was a little too oily for my liking.

Went To Maya at the Trident ( BKC ).
Theres Obviously no need to add that the hotel is grand and superb.
I had gone there for the Thali Lunches that they offer. I went at about one oclock. and the restaurant was completely empty. Being a Friday they were serving the Rajasthani Thali. Never ate Rajasthani cuisine in my life but it was delicous. The Staff is very good polite and kind. The ambeince is good. Very Good. Total Bill was about 3100.. 1495 per thali ( veg or non veg ). All in all a good expereince. Totally recomended. -

Had heard a lot about this place from my friends and had been wanting to go here for quite sometime. So on Valentine's Day decided to give it a try and take my partner to this place.
The restaurant is elegantly furnished. Not to over the top but quite subtle.
The staff was extremely polite and gave perfect hospitality. The attitude of the staff was amazingly polite.
The stewards knew their job to perfection and suggested perfectly as per our taste.
