    i visited this place couple of weeks back. i was fairly dissapointed with their overall service ,their attitude and high pricing.i defintely didn't feel my money was spent well...
    on a weekend this place was fairly occupied. now what i quite didn't figure is this place for a 1 cm trim charged me a rs 650+hairwash Rs 250.
    a b-blunt or a kromakay charges me way less than that. For Rs 450 or less inclusive of hairwash+cut+blowdry.
    even for a blowdry they charged me a whopping Rs 400...why the crazy pricing n no extra ordinary service.

    I had the worst experience here on 10 july 2010. I was there to have a hair cut, it was around 8 pm in the night which is the closing time of the saloon, i checked with the guys there, if i can have hair cut and they responded positively to it, but said that i will have to wait as he is busy with another customer, so i agreed to wait .. The owner (HEMANT) was also there and he knew that i am waiting for a haircut.. and suddenly he decided to close the shop, and told me that they cant give me a haircut... he knew that i was waiting for 45 mins to get a haircut and it was his staff's fault, still... read more

    Apology for you being so upset but there has complete misunderstanding from your part. The Stylist whom you spoke to did not commit to you as he referred you to the desk and the management Hemant was not around when you walked in and latter when he did arrive there was no commitment on his part. We never like to disappointment any of our client no point of us having a salon if we have to deliver a poor service as we love all our clients a lot and want to always endeavor a good service.

    i visited this place few weeks back with my friend. . its located inside the compound of prithvi theatre-janki kutir. one can easily miss it with the caressas and kromakays. a not so fancy place but a lady took good care of us. i had a clean up and pedicure manicure session. it was a pleasing-soothing affair. the young lady did her job very well.her facial was really very relaxing. my fried took a hair spa. she quite loved the experience.didn't cost us a bomb.went back home feeling thoroughly pampered:)

    Amazing haircuts and most important superior service. They really treat you well there and I have never left disappointed. Def better than another parlor next to it. :)
