Staff needs training... 2010-11-18
This is a place/ franchisee which is always full...staff needs to be well-trained to handle large crowds...quickly deliver orders, manage the sauce...tissues, straws, etc. are always out of stock...u r made to wait for 2-3 minutes at the counter !!!
Very bad for a place like McDonald's at High Street Phoenix !!! -

Great breakfast? I don't think so. 2010-10-03
I'm not exactly the kinda person who worries about weight or the content of saturated fat. Mc D has been one of my favourite fast food joints. So when I see hoardings everywhere promoting the breakfast at Mc D, I simply had to try it. And did I like it? No!
Being the sausage lover that I am, I went for the Sausage Mc Muffin Meal that consists of a small burger with a sausage patty, coffee & hash brown. The sausage patty was a disaster! Terrible Staff 2010-07-25
So we reached there in time (10:50ish) for the breakfast menu (which is from 8 am to 11 am). The person in front of us, was served breakfast, but we were refused, saying its now shut. We tried to argue with the manager saying, but we have been waiting in line, but the dumb idiotic manager just wouldnt listen.
We were so mad, that we walked off and swore never to eat at this McDonalds again! -

Its the same all over the world 2006-12-08
You either love it or hate it - but McDonald's is the same place no matter where you go. From London to New York to Mumbai they all look the same, smell the same and serve the same food (with minor cultural changes). McDonalds at Pheonix Mills is no different. The same spotty adolescents that serve you in the UK or America man the tills - its just here you can order a McTika Aloo instead of a Big Mac.
The food is cheap, hot and a good stop gap. But if you value your waistline or your heart take care not too eat here too much. The food is packed with calories and saturated fat.
