I agree with Green Goblin. The location is good and they have quite a good collection of sarees. But no kind of attempt made at customer loyalty, This particular sales man called Rajkumar Rai was our salesman. He kept showing us super expensive sarees while we kept insisting that it was not really fitting into our range. Good location, decent collection of sarees and a reputed brand name. That's where the positive adjectives end. Went there for wedding shopping, and was aghast at the service quality. Firstly, they need to understand that expensive shopping takes time and possibly multiple visits. The sales person assigned to us was reluctant and at best disinterested in showing us sarees right from the start. When we mentioned that we might need to scout some more before a final purchase, he snapped that unless we were going to make a purchase, there wasn't any point in showing us more.
