I visited nandos with my friends yesterday.Expecting to taste the lovely chicken peri peri.But this was a big disappointment.The food did not feel like nando's(like the old times).The service Horrible.
I tried on the chicken soup while my friends ordered kingfisher pints.Well guys if ur at nandos please avoid the chicken soup its horrible (chicken+chole soup) thanx but no thanx and the best part when they bring soup to the table they forget to get a spoon along with it wow. Well and when the waitress was opening the beer pints she accidently messed up and one of the bottles fell on the table spilling all beer(I know you can make mistakes but they never offered us another beer instead of the 1 that the waitress spilled making the bottle half empty all ready).We clearly told the waitress that we are ordering everything at once but we would like our maincourse of chicken peri peri after we finish our drinks and side dishes but no.This is Nando's FAST FOOD they serve the soup , drinks , side dishes and main course all at once.They just want you to order all at once eat fast and leave very very very bad.
And the famous chicken peri peri didn't taste like the old times when we had one and we usually ordered 1 more but nope the old taste was missing.
Overall it was a big disappointment because Nando's was 1 place I used to recommend to everyone but after this experience my love for chicken peri peri has reduced and the owners of this place should try and make this place like it was before not LIKE NANDO's FAST FOOD and you seriously need to improve your service it was very bad
