Grow up! When a potential customer is asking you questions about your RAW fish that she will be feeding to her child, she can hardly be considered 'condescending' by anyone. Annoying at best, but as an owner, you should be a bit more tolerant if the question is repetitive especially when you made me call a few days later due to the fact you could not initially place my order due to an event you were catering. I was patient enough to wait for you to be free, the least you could do is to tolerate my question about the origin of your fish...AGAIN.
Mz. Neelam. I had dismissed you in my head as a condescending American, but now I think much worse of you. When mz.Singh called me the first time and inquied IN DETAIL about "when our fish gets flown in" (from where? japan? i would be charging you in dollars then for sure), i answered her professionally and politely. The next time she called, we went through the whole thing again, about 'how she is from san francisco and really knows her sushi' and how we defrost our fish etc etc. I answer these questions all the time and I'm more than happy to. Please DO NOT use NINJA Sushi- they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to place an order with the owner, Shilarna, and she hung up on me because I asked her if the avocado was fresh and soft and not unripe/hard as I had experienced with other sushi delivery services. I suppose that means NO.
As sushi is relatively new to the Indian market, I have been disappointed several times. So now I have learned to ask a few questions before I order as I am from SanFrancisco and I am an avid sushi fan.
