I've been to the Nirmal herbal clinic located in Chembur quite a few times and have always been a happy and satisfied customer. These guys really know how to pamper you and offer great customer experience. I got numerous stuff done here but I like the pedicure best. It's just awesome and all pedicures I've taken at other places just fall flat compared to this one. I walked into Nirmal on a Sunday for a herbal head massage. The clinic is quite small and neat - a reception/waiting area, 3 cabins for head/foot massage, 2 bigger cabins for full body massage and a big room for spa treatments.
So i was politely led to my cabin, i made myself comfortable on a high cane chair.
