We were in phoenix and my wife went to check availability at noodle bar while I went too pick up burgers for the children. The lady at the counter told my wife that yes there is a table avaialble for 5 people. On enquiring if its ok with them if the kids could have their burgers here while we eat our dinner, a TALL, DARK and HANDSOME (here in after refered to as the IDIOT) manager walks up to my wife and says extremely rudely that sorry madam there is no seat avaialble and walks off. Obviously shaken by the incident my wife told me what happened and i went to enquire what was the need for the rude behaviour the IDIOT points me out of the door of the restaurant and tells me if you want to have Mcdonalds burger please go to mcdonalds and have them. I have relatives in the Hospitality industry and i by now know that even if the customer is wrong in some way they have only one motto that the CUSTOMER is always right, tell us how we were wrong in asking the hotel if we could feed our children there? We left from there and went to komala's and asked them the same question and they welcomed us with a smile in to their restaurant. They werent dressed in a fancy jacket like the Idiot, but they were well trained and well behaved and through out our dining experience served us with a broad smile on their faces. God bless them cause they know the importance of making a paying customer happy, on the other hand God bless the Blue foods industry as well for appointing IDIOTS in their organisation, who have been mentioned many times in the previous reviews as well.
