Forget the Aloo poshto, Pakwan dal, Chingri malai curry (tad too sweet), Luchis etc on their menu all of these items are too good. But I tell you go straight for their Bhappa Hilsa, extremely fresh Hilsa fish steamed to perfection in mustard paste served with steamed rice along with a perfectly pungent and delicately spiced mustard gravy to give the rice the extra moistness. I say the Bhapa Hilsa justifies the price of RS 600 per portion but not the other items as I found them expensive in comparision to the portion and presentation. Over all a great place to visit for authentic Bengali cuisine.
