OREN - WORST KITCHEN IN THE WORLD MONEY CAN BUY !! 2011-12-28
Oren makes tall claims about the Service, Quality of product and Lifetime warranty about their products being rustfree, wear n tear , etc..ALL THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. We booked our kitchen with Oren 4 mnths back and till today there are issues in terms of alignment, quality of material, replacement of faulty pieces. We kep on calling their Oberoi mall showroom and everytime we were assured of action, with no one turned up to resolve the issue on the committed day....we are so fed up with their service that I am planning to go to Consumer court sighting deficiency of service.

WORST SERVICE, WORST PRODUCTS 2010-11-10
My kitchen was installed by Oren in Dec 2009. I paid the full amount via cheque.. for which they are refusing to give the bill...
I had booked the kitchen with 304 stainless steel baskets with lifetime guarantee, which they told me will never rust. But still, 2 baskets have caught lots of rust within a few months. For the past 4 months, they are harassing me by not replacing the baskets. Mr.Tushar Veena, with whom I was co ordinating stopped answering my calls about 3 months ago. Ms.Ajita, Mr.Gurdeep, Mr.Rishi and Mr.Narendra make repeated promises to replace the basket, but so far they must... read more -

Oren kitchenworld oberoi mall, Goregaon (E), worst experience & total harassment. Full of lies & above all insuts & treats the customers as trash. Had to call 10-15 times in a day & then the work completed after 45-50 days in all. -
