  • can never get an order right Jun 25, 2012

    I have been a regular customer since the very opening of Oven fresh many many years ago. Usually order atleast once a week but lately the staff is completely slacking. They always send an incorrect order with my driver then argue with me that I had placed a different order. This is the worst customer service I have come across. Usually have to send the driver back which ensues a lot of hassle and waste of petrol , which is not cheap ..eggless dutch truffle instead of egg, thick pizza instead of thin crust, 3 dutch truffle instead of 1 almond hazelnut, every single time its the wrong parcel..Today I have finally decided never to order from here again. I agree the food is good but thats just not enough to keep the customer coming back. Unfortunately you have lost a loyal customer today due to lousy service and incapable argumentative staff like Nisha. Will never order from here again.

    U guys are a lousy....dont know what is customer service , even yr reply to my review is a joke , why bother ? get a clue from other restauranters...

    dear sir,we have bothered and will continue to,that is why we have survived for 19 long years,right from quality to quantity to consistency to innovation to food handling to prompt service to perfection.but sometimes the expectation level is too high to fulfill.Allow me to tell you all the orders taken over the counter are dispatched accurately.but when the same order when taken over the phone there is a little lack of clarity both with what a guest actually wants as well as the recommendation given by our staff which is also not in our direct control to correct.your order was taken over the phone and its our habbit to repeat and confirm with the guest for the order placed.Over phone this one is also not in our direct control.In this regard i had written earlier that we will improve on our communication, that will vis a vis improve our guest service.our outlook is open for betterment and i feel we will overcome this challenge.I highly appreciate your loyalty to us and who wants to lose a regular guest like you but we also have some challenges.
