We went for buffet on Saturday and it would be a waste of time if I start writing about the aesthetics, hospitality, service or any other thing. Come on guys its ITC, these things will be good. So straight away I will jump to the spread. There are so many items that I dont even remember them all. But I will start with my favorite course in a buffet that is starters and desserts. 4 kinds of icecreams with all the toppings available, sugarfree sweets, gulabjamun, tiramisu (on request chef prepared this without alcohol and egg), rasmalai, phirni, coconut barfi, different kind of cakes pastries, fresh fruits and what not. The starters comprised of cauliflower soup, different kind of breads along with 3-4 varities of cheese. It also had dahi bada, chaat, mirchi bada, paneer tikka etc. The main course was again consisted of indian as well as continental items though we really missed the signature dish of theirs, the very famous dal bukhara. There were so many items that its difficult to list them all. We enjoyed a lot and offcourse ate a lot (we skipped rest of the meals for the day...u know how health/calorie conscious we are) which was ended by a cup of green tea. The damage done would be around 1500 bucks per person.
