bad attitude of the staff 2012-05-08
how I wish I had never been to this place,all I wanted was for my pet few stuff,however the staff is ill equipped to handle pets,they handled my pet very very roughly n didnt seem to care where they put him,other staff members were moving about trying to step on my poor pet,inspite of requesting them to be careful n handle my dog with care all i got was rude reply that they know how to handle pets,if i had problems i should leave n not come back!!!This was told to be by their manager,I mean how can any1 be rude n on top of that atleast have the heart to handle pets carefully.All they care is money.... read more -

People are rude n they are chatting n talking on mobiles n they dont care about customers,my mom is very old she had this experience the staff is very rude!!!I would never go their again n I strongly advice people who value people not 2 go their!!! -

A-MEO-ZING Story 2011-07-26
Before I found Pet Story, it was extremely difficult sourcing quality cat food. Finding toys, shampoos, collars, etc made for cats was another joke altogether.
But after I found these guys, life is smoother. Being open on sundays and till 10 p.m. make it flexible to shop. Before I would have to pre plan and hoard food & litter as most other places shut before 8, do I need to mention about the Sundays and petty holidays.

If you have a pet, then you can finally relax coz this place is the the end for all your furry friends' needs. They have all the things you could possibly imagine you will need for nurturing a furry family member! And believe me when i say this , they have such a items for pets that i didn't know existed .
