I was relocating to Bangalore from Mumbai, I booked Pioneer packers & movers, Vashi for relocation of my household goods. They have note delivered my Washing Machine, Piano, Rack and few more items are missing. I have Builty and their packing slip. I also asked them to get it insured, they did it but it was a basic insurance, which covered only accident. Now, I want my goods, I have blocked his remaining payment of 7000, but he says that he will deliver the goods only if I make the payment. Please let me know what to do.
