Worst experience till date 2011-11-20
i never expected this from a food chain like Pizza hut , i am very much regular to pizza hut , whether i am in mumbai delhi hyderabad bangalore , i always go once in a week.
i ordered chicken soup 1/2 where very first he insisted me to go 1/1 finally he agreed me to give 1/2 it took 20-25 min in serving which is too much but again it was not hot enough but he had already taken enough time so i did not asked him to make it little more hot , then i ordered 2 fresh lime sweet with soda and a margarita medium , i am sorry but road side fresh lime would be far better then this , i took just... read more -

Horrendous experience! 2010-01-22
I saw this lovely picture of hot soups on the Hyderabad page of burrp and decided that I wanted to have soup last night. My son wanted pizza and so we all decided to go to pizza hut.
Flop show 1: There was a choice of two veg soups and since I am not too fond of mushrooms we opted for the tomato and basil one. It obviously came out of a can while the basil was burnt. Luckily for us, they offered to take it back, but there was no more stock of tomato soup. And while my husband and my son had chicken soup, I just watched on. :(

Unexpectedly bad 2008-07-27
Went to pizza hut recently for lunch expecting great food at steep prices! Only four pizzas in the non vegetarian section out of which we decided to try the teekha chicken....
It was bad! And the fact that it was Pizza Hut made it even worse....
Definitely didn't feel like ringing the bell for this meal! -
