Shut this outlet 2012-05-14
Pizza Hut always reminds me of a lively place with awesome meals and walking out with a smile after ringing the bell. However, this outlet is disappointing!
FOOD: The pizzas tasted nothing like it used to. One was extremely oily and the other was yet to be baked properly. Half the things on the menu were not available. Something as basic as pasta in white sauce wasn't available!!! No hot beverages were available. 70% of the desserts weren't available.
SERVICE: Slow!!! Dead Slow!!! Pizza outlets are known to serve pizza's hot and quick. They were tad slow with the service. It... read more -

Having shifted recently to Lokhandwala from Powai, I was checking out hangout places for nice food along with my girlfriend. I had received this voucher on my Visa Platinum card which gave me one Tuscani pizza free. So I had an additional incentive to try out the local Pizza hut.
I have had pizzas at the Hiranandani Pizza hut and the Chakala Pizza hut. I was expecting this one to be atleast as good.
No luck there.
I asked the waiter about which Tuscani pizza to go with - and he suggested one. I ordered that and another one for my girlfriend. The pizzas took ages to... read more -

WORST PIZZA, WORST SERVICE, DIRTY, ...... 2011-02-21
The Most awful Pizza I had in my whole life. FIRST OF ALL MY TABLE WAS DIRTY, WHEN WE ASKED HIM TO CLEAN IT - All he did swiped a tissue on one corner of the table. And continued to leave the dirty plates on the table.
Then came the order, Gardenia Pizza, Garlic bread spicy supreme and potato wedges. When The garlic bread came it looked like a scolop of cheese was up in the centre of each bread, as i ate into this i was wondering why dint i just order plain garlic bread as without cheese wld have been the same. The potato wedges were cold. The cheesy dip saved the dish.

This branch does not live up to other ones! 2011-01-01
Staying 5 mins away from Inorbit Malad, I rarely dine at any other branch of Pizza Hut.
But being in Lokhandwala around Lunch time I thought of dining here!
Considering the scale, size of the one at Inorbit, I was immediately apprehensive when I entered this one.
We ordered(we went for feast for 4 at 215 rs per person) -
