Appreciate the service 2011-08-12
Other day My Aunty and me went to Pizza hut, malad to have lunch..we ordered for one veggie supreme pizza, Tomato Minestrone soup, garlic bread exotica and masala lemonade...When we tasted the soup..it tasted so bad that we didnt feel like having it at all...so both of us just took two - three spoons and decided not to have it..BUT apart from that the Garlic bread, PIzza and beverages were deliciuos.. we were full to the brim!!! so when the waiter came to clear the table..we told him about our experience with the soup..that we didnt enjoy it at all...and it was pathetic...We were asked to wait...af... read more -

Are their pizzas fried ? 2011-07-14
Tried this for lunch yesterday...and I have to say that it was the worst pizza i ever had. It was oozing oil....
was cold...but i could have let that go, considering its been pouring and the pizza just got cold till it reached me.
But the loads of oil is just not acceptable.
Now coming to the pizza taste...it was just average. -

inorbit mall is a place with many hot spots 2011-06-25
and by hot i dont mean , great,
Hot means literally 30+ degree temperatures
sometimes same as pizza hut ovens
since last 5 to 8 years , i am a regular visitor to pizza hut and mostly inorbit,
tastes great , but my suggestion is go for a takeaway , if u dont want to sweat and eat.
i give 4 stars for taste
and 11/2 ,star for cooling , which is outside in the food court,
and zero star for cooling inside pizza hut.

When you go to Pizza Hut, you expect to leave after ringing the bell which signifies you had a pleasant experience. Well, when I left, I did not deign to ring the bell and the bell did not toll for a good amount of time I was there. So I guess other diners felt the same way I did at Pizza Hut.
Firstly, the service sucks and it has reached the lowest I have ever experienced in Pizza Hut ever. The waiters first did not want to first serve us and then when we kept gesticulating then finally two of them were arguing who should serve us.
