Will Give It Another Chance 3 hours ago

The pizza was DRY.

Maybe because we ordered around 7 and asked them to deliver around 9. We were hoping they would take care of it. Have heard so much about them. Will give them another chance.

Sorry to hear about this but even if you ordered at 7 pm we always prepare the pizzas 15 mins before delivery. Do give us another chance to make good the experience.

Don't know where to start, but this has been long overdue, so at the beginning sounds like a good place.
Been ordering from them since they were in Lokhandwala and when I saw a different name on the shop....I was almost heart-broken...only to be pleasantly surprised that they have only moved.
Once I ate their pizzas, every other regular pizza place went out the window. Frankly, I can't stand those fakes anymore!

Serious Attitude Issues Apr 19, 2013

I feel very sad writing this review because I was a big fan of Pizzaroma from the time it opened up in Lokhandwala and had recommended it to so many of my friends. However it’s been at least a year since we stopped ordering from there. My problem was not with the food but the owner and her petty and defensive attitude. 90% of the time the order was incorrect but we overlooked it as they would send a fresh pizza and were apologetic. Once they shifted to Laxmi Industrial estate the orders would sometimes take one hour inspite of the fact that we lived a few blocks away. Again we overlooked it... read more

Ordered the margherita today for the 3rd time from the Andheri Laxmi Ind branch, and must say as always, thoroughly enjoyed it. The combination of the base, sauce and cheese worked beautifully.

Have been missing this sort of pizza ever since Pizza Hut took out its Freshizza range which was the closest you could get to Italian-style pizza door delivered.

On-time delivery crucial as the flavour's greatly enhanced when its hot (found this out today). Hope a loyalty programme can also be in place for regular orders.
