A real tasty experience!!!! 2012-03-30
So we were in Churchgate for an informal business meeting and suddenly we started getting hunger pangs and pizza carvings. I wanted to try out Pronto's for a long time and so suggested the place. We ordered a large Tandoori Paneer Pizza expecting it to be at par with other pizza chains but when the pizza came after 10 minutes I got a premonition that the pizza is going to be really AWESOME!!! The pizza looked like the ones we see in food photographs put up on restaurant walls. Why oh WHY!!!!!! 2012-03-23
So we go to Pronto coz starters n more and che vous were shut, extremely hungry and craving some good food...but after what seemed like an eternity we came out still hungry!!!
how? well, for starters, we weren't offered a glass of water till we asked for it! then we weren't offered a choice of mineral or regular water.....and this was a good ten minutes from the time we entered.
secondly, i don't think i appreciate a waiter or order taker guy to stand with his hands folded across his chest while he's taking my order...it was like he felt way too superior to be taking our order and... read more -

Great Food Great Value 2011-11-25
When ever i come to mumbai i always love visiting new places from high end to low end surprisingly when we enter it was quite empty the staff were very friendly but unattentive and the food service was quick. I had ordered a pronto kingfish and my partner went ahead with a chicken maincourse and I can tell you it was cooked with perfection with burst of flavors in your mouth as you gulp the the desserts are amazing even the shepherds pie taste great my new favorite spot to fill my tummy.

I order from here regularly and it comes faster than most delivery places (including Mcdonalds) about 15-20 minutes!
MUST TRY the beef and rocket bun tasty for just a 100.
