  • My Place 2011-12-13

PVR Phoenix is the place where I have watched most of the movies since it opened. I never can think of visiting any other Multiplex. 5 stars for the Theater's sound system and its ambiance. But 1 star less in my rating for their popcorn, please improve the quality of Popcorn!

  • I travel more to go here 2011-05-11

Juhu PVR is closer for me but I still go here coz i'm addicted to the comfy prime seats. Also availability of tickets and more snack options here is what attracts me like metal to magnet. Parking is also much more convenient. I just wish they up the tempo at the ticketing counter, its like people wait endlessly there.

The pizza guys have forgotten my order once and delivered 10 minutes for the end of my movie, dropped my pizza flat on the floor and charged me for a replacement but when they do get it right, I can enjoy my pizza and CCD cold coffee while watching the movie.

for a good movie viewing experience go here.. spacious.. love their seats n closer to home.. :).. plus umpteen hang outs..

for a 3d experience head elsewhere.. their glasses suck.. heard it has improved for a deposit of rs.100 per pair.. huh??

catch a "must see" movie on weekdays when the tickets go as low as 100 bucks.. compared to the weekend charge of 250/280..again depends..

  • pathetic seating 2009-08-20

For the first time i decided to go to PVR but was extremely disappointed with the seats.

The tickets were Rs.250 and only 1st row seats were available. The distance of the screen was so close that one would be starined if sitting in the first 5 rows.
i left within 15 mins of the movie because of the headache and strain to me neck.

never been to any other theater with such a stupid seating layout flaw. its a waste of money! rather go and enjoy the comforts of the red lounge theater at cinemax

  • Poor management of net customers 2009-07-27

PVR has only one counter line for customers who have booked their tickets online. The queue for this counter is double of that of other normal counters. Whatever time/ effort you save by booking tickets online is wasted in the queue. I will say stupid system/ stupid theater.

  • PVR Perfect! 2009-07-08

I decided to catch a flick at PVR last week. It is on the first level of Grand Galleria mall, Phoenix Mills. For the first time, I saw a long (and I mean really long) queue at the box office of a multiplex. And it was certainly not for Kambakkht Ishq :-P

PVR is the only entertainment for the yuppies in Lower Parel area. And when they offer tickets at Rs.100, who wouldn't wanna go? Despite the long wait, I made it in time and my experience was awesome --- feasible location, neat loo, nice canteen (multiple choices and brands)... excellent ambiance, nice seats with lotsa legroom, just

  • Awesome experience 2009-06-24

i had been for a 3D movie Monster V/S Alien , had a great experience.. As a Brand PVR it has always maintained the high standard ambiance and is very well lit.

Theater is very spacious with more than sufficient amount of leg room...
