    After the experience i had this diwali , swear never go to ramas and
    wont ever advice any 1 to buy things frm there.
    Bought motichur ladoos 1/2 kg - 10 nos to distribute in my office
    on 12/11/2012. On next day 13/11/2012 all my office ppl called me
    saying that there was FUNGUS on the ladoos. 1 box i kept it for
    myself and when opened it was shocked to see the top layer with fungus.
    Went that day itself ie in diwali day 13/11/2012 and gave 1 of box to them,
    and their reaction was v v pathetic, saying "HUM KYA KAR SAKTE HAI".

    we would like to apologize for the recent problems you experienced with the sweets .I have spoken with the employee who was unfriendly and less than helpful when you had come. In fact, I have instructed all my staff to make sure this situation does not repeat.
    And i would like to assure you that the fungus like thing was ghee which u saw on the ladoos allow me to explain again ( the process of making ladoos has finial stage in which the hot motichoor are put in a small machine which act like the same what washing machine at home does...read more

    Hi.......Everyone can actully smell of ramas food while passing on the road......ramas food is delicious.....we used to order twice or once in a week......rite from simple snacks to main course dishes.......ramas is all about superb taste.......evryone can do "sone pe suhaga" by ordering Ramas snacks on any rainy day..........

    I would not recommend anyone to RING RAMAS in Juhu for home delivery as the person taking the call has no manners or skills..he appears to be always irritated and on the edge..Ramas management need to employ someone who is more polite and has more customer service skills and someone who is NOT rude.
