Went to the store just this weekend since its in the same line as this other fabulous boutique i frequent. The store has a big fancy board up but the clothes were awful, I wouldnt be caught dead in most of them. Scavenging through the rails, i chanced upon a white top that seemed kinda cute.Only when I tried it on, it fit really bad. Was at bandra recently to do some window shopping and scout for anything new or that would catch my eye…and cruised into Ritzy Reiss. Entered the tiny little boutique and was greeted by very “Unfriendly” & “Rude” owner-cum-attendants. I disliked the shopping experience instantly, but I did manage to get a dress from the entire lot’ of old junk.

I had visited Reiss recently and i was extremely disappointed.First of all,like all stores on waterfield road, Reiss also carries clothes that are a "SMALL" size[imported from bangkok/hongkok] which is extremely tight on normal indian women.I don't blame the store for having such clothes.But the worst part is the feeling you get when you enter the store.There's always a lady who sits there in the store who seems to be not that welcoming at all.Although i am not as skinny as those asian women,she was supposed to guide me with the clothing.She just sits there staring and when i asked her whether... read more
