Well I heard a lot about its value for money, now I'm not necessarily complaining here, but I have had a lot better Gomantak food, at a FAR better pricing, in Bandra itself.
That restaurant has a more home-run feel to it and is located on the Western Express Highway, if anyone knows what I'm talking about.
So, have I eaten better Gomantak food? Yes.
Has it cost me less? Yes.
Would I come here again? Prolly not.
Staying in Andheri, I have options that are equally as good if not far better. I don't mean to rag on this place, its obviously had its fair share of highly devoted regulars, its just that with these kinda prices, I can get the same food, closer to home, and they prolly serve some booze as well - AND you can take a family there....

Read so much bout sayba,,, n only to find everythin totally opposite. We ordered d surmai red masala n tasted as if d masala was raw, there was no flavour,. Mutton sagoti was just k k, but d quality of d mutton was pathetic. But u can definately go to d plc to have fried fish. Esp deep fried crisy bombay duck. Better options wud by highway gomantak or even jai hind.

Total value for money. The Kombdi Vade with the spicy Mutton curry are to die for!

Consistent quality and great value for the money, one of the few places in Mumbai to maintain that. Of course you have to wait for a bit to get seating during the weekends but it's worth it.
