Irresponsible staff and pathetic service 2011-09-25
I had ordered a cake from the Panchpakadi branch at 4pm. The call attendant confirmed that the flavor that I wanted was available and took the order.
At 7:30pm, when my party was about to begin, they called and said that the cake I
ordered for was not available & tried to sell me some left over cake !!! Despite being their fault, the staff members were extremely rude and not cooperative !! Ribbons and baloons should be aware that their irresponsibility & absence of cake could spoil a party....
Extremely irresponsible behavior & pathetic service... best avoided !!!

it was my husband's bday in jan so we ordered triple hearts in chocolate flavour.......it was excellent......eve1 njoyd the cake....thanx 2 ribbons and balloons.....dey made my husband's day.:) -

Best dutch truffle cake ever..... the staff is friendly and well informed. Absolutely divine chicken garlic rolls!!

The CHOCOLATE ECLAIR pastry is out of this world!!I am sure once u have it your gonne crave for it the next day!!It might not be named so when u go there ask them for one.
The first time u visit Ribbons & Ballons ur sure to syick to it for atleast 2 years and get all your birthday and anniversary cakes from there, but after 2 yrs your gonna b tired of the same old type of cakes...They shud keep introducing newer types or else they are soon to land up in Monginis shoes. -
