I am a fan of the chain, but this outlet is a real disgrace! First of all it's all vegetarian - 'If I don't eat it, you can't either!!' Let the buyer DECIDE what they want and need to buy. And if you're that much of a vegetarian, eat dhoklas instead of cakes.
The cakes taste like milk-powder, and are dry and flavourless. The persons working here, can't even write you a neat message in icing - so you may want to DO IT YOURSELF before they ruin a perfectly good (at least) looking cake.
A single tiny candle is the cost of an either pack of a dozen in this store. I'd rather go to the one near the station or in Mulund East or even Thane - but not here for sure.
