Good Experience!!! 2012-02-16
I happened to visit Sai Palace with my family after ages...Surprised to see the small family restaurant converted to a full fledged 3 star hotel. We opted for the buffet ( 499/- AI).. Amazing spread. They have 8 variety of starters, served hot directly on table, which is the best part. I luved the barbeque chicken wings , they were well marinated n tender. I also liked the pahadi kebabs n corn cheese balls.... They had a nice salad spread with good variety. Getting Bad 2012-02-10
Unfortunately I rated Sai Palace very highly sum time ago...Always visit them & order for home Delivery. But off late their service as really got toooo bad. Been visiting this place ever since I can remember but its terrible now.
The service which always was great - but has now become tooo bad. Non-attentive, wrong orders brought.
Better pull up yr socks -

the other day i had been to sai palace with my family members since it was my mother in laws birthaday! i had heard a lot about the place being very good with great ambience and excellent food and stuff so decided to organise a de\inner ! to my EXTREME BAD LUCK it turned out to be a disastrous evening! I had gone with my family for a dinner at Sai Palace Hotel in Andheri (East).
We had been welcomed by the Restaurant Manager Mr Shiva.
The interior decor was good and hygiene was well maintained all over the restaurant.
The staff of the hotel was well organised.
The food which ordered was Crab Soup,chapatties with Rogan gosht, Chicken lemon grass, Hydrabadi biryani and last but not least caremel custard in dessert.
The service was good and taken well care of the guest.
They dint gave us a chance to tell for something.
Everything was perfect.
