Deepa and Ajaz just know how to make you dance and instill that rythm in you...whether you're new to dancing, or simply new to latin dance forms (like me), a 2 day session a week will leave you craving for more...and the best thing is the next session will never disappoint you! Within a couple of sessions' time, you'll live salsa and breathe salsa...that's the time you'll feel like Baile-de-Salon is an indispensible part of your routine and you'll never wanna bid adieu!!! Okay so for me, who has *never* danced in life, including all the school and college annual function dances, and visarjan dances, I've watched from the stands and haven't been part of the revelry. Enrolling for this class came as a shock to everyone. But now, I CAN DANCE!
And Ajaz and Deepa are really good teachers, and happy feet can dance :)

At the onset, I was wondering what would the class whose name itself was so difficult to pronounce be! After a little online research, I landed up at their Bandra centre, and was very impressed by the earnest desire of every instructor to mitigate any intimidation that a first time dancer (like me) would have. The instructors are very friendly and it is this congenial atmosphere that they create that makes learning the dance, fun and interesting. Owing to the very high student teacher ratio , there is personal attention to every student.

One ought to come and check the Baile -de- Salon academy in Bandra... its full of energy and fun... well the teachers are full of xest and they make sure that we do sweat ourselves out and learn something new every time we come, and the students are also up for the challenge... fun place to go and learn and practice :) :)
