Salt Water Cafe creates a symphony of timeless European flavours to provide its guests with an overall taste that is difficult to forget. The food and drinks live up to the highest expectations, as seen with its critically acclaimed predecessor Salt Water Grill. It stands two stories tall and includes a casual seating area, an elegant bar and a romantic terrace suggesting that any occasion will find its place at Salt Water Cafe.
I had been here earlier, but not in the recent past. Decided to meet up with friends on a wednesday at around 8 pm. Just a couple of tables occupied including ours, given the fact that it was a wednesday, breathed a sigh of relief. Friend recommended the Sangria and we ordered that, the first sip seemed a little weird. Not being very knowledgeable about Sangria, decided to keep quiet and the fruit helped ;)

I have been to predecessor: Salt Water Grill and now had recently visited the successor; Salt Water Cafe. Both of them are Club class. Enjoyed the food, ambiance and the service. Great place to treat friends and family. Would definitely visit again.

For those who fretted that Chowpatty's Salt Water Grill shut its doors, fear not, because you now have Salt Water Cafe in Bandra. Although, the lovely sea view may have been replaced by BMC's never ending road construction work right outside.
As soon as you enter, on the right you will find a mouth watering display of cold cuts, cheese and desserts. But we're not talking about the food yet! The cafe unfolds to your left and is quite airy and spacious.
