This is the kind of place which makes you vow to never return, by the time you are done having your meal. I have been here around three times (just because its next to my office and we don't have much options for a lunch out in the vicinity) and unfortunately, have experienced the agony that many times. The food is decent, average affair. The turn off is the extremely lousy and laid back service, easily among the worst I have experienced thus far. Imagine you enter the place with a bunch of friends and while you are just settling down, making yourselves comfortable, the waiter too enters the scene, places the menu on the table and stands over your head till you place the order. Once the order is placed, you might as well go and shop at Colaba causeway, assured that the food won't come till you get back to the restaurant, play a round of hide & seek with the waiters and request them twice or thrice to bring your order. Ever wondered how ignorant the world is and how insignificant you seem to be? The waiters here give you the exact feeling, maybe worse sometimes. Also, if you are someone like me who consumes a lot of water during the meal, I suggest you bring your own bottle as the waiters here take some time to decide among themselves as to who would fill up the empty glass. You might choke by then.
However, if you visit this place ever, you may try out the Murgh Biryani, which is, maybe, the only saving grace.
