The first time I went to this place was around a year n half ago. The food was decent, the place was full... We danced a bit, had fun..
Back to the present - we decided to go there to celebrate someone's anniversary (I don't know what we were thinking!). We got out from the car, and the problems started:
1. The elevator doesn't work. Fine. It is on the 2nd floor. We can take the stairs. Now, the stairs are those glass ones, and some of them were a bit wobbly. There is pigeon poop all over the stairs.

Most unhygienic place i ever have been to! 2011-12-19
Don't go to this restaurant
Reasons
1) they have an open kitchen which shows the world how filthy it is.
2)the staff is untrained, cant even communicate in English.
3)they don't have enough utensils to serve every one at the restaurant. we were served daal in a bowl after removing pickle which was filled inside(without even washing it), reason given they don't have enough bowls to serve any one.
4)most pathetic paneer sabzi we ever had, that to the waiter suggested us for the same.
5)the place stinks with old furniture and bad maintenance.

Cheating Waiters: Didn't give us a bill !! 2011-11-16
I went there yesterday with a friend at around 7. I know it's too early for that place, the staff was cleaning and all.
Ordered for a beer and a veg kebab platter.
Done in an hour and asked for bill.
This was the conversation between us (W = Waiter, P = ME):
W: Sir, 1100 hua hai. Platter ka 700, 2 Beer ka 400.
P: Bill kahan hai ?
W: Sir vo cashier neeche gaya hai, time lagega, aap cash dedo.
P: Mere paas cash nai hai, card swipe karna hai.
W: Server down hai
P: Manager ko bulao

Rude & Powerless mgmt 2011-09-27
I went to this AWFUL place on Sat nit.... Both Sheesha & Sky Lounge were completely. So I wrote my name of the waiting list in front of the Hostess,
I waited for nearly 45 min...Many ppl who didnt write their name in list sat on the empty tables without seekig permission from Hostess or Manager. Seeing this, I brought it to the notice of Manager (who was a BIGGER JERK). He guided us to empty table & jus when we wer abt to sit....A grp of 4 waiting sat on the Table....

dis hs 2 b worst PLACE i hv eva visited in my 23 years of xistence..as soon as i enter d place i c d place almost vacant barrin a coupe here n der..i ask d waiter/manager 2 gv me a table wich is well lit(in HINDI,assumin dis guy hd neva learnt ENGLISH)..n d guy reluctantly takes me 2 a place wich wasnt by any stretch of imagination WELL LIT..i ask him 2 gv me another table..d guy looks here n der(in d vast VACANT hotel) n says sry d place hs been reserved fr a PARTY(dint kno if GHOSTS partied as well)...feelin disgusted i hd no option bt 2 leave d place in angst n disgust...d worst HOSPITALITY... read more -

Nice Place, Good Food, Young Crowd !! 2011-06-30
Sheesha sky lounge is a hugeee rooftop restaurant-cum-lounge. Since its a hukka bar, a rooftop restaurant really matters to people who are not hukka smokers. And this place doesnt disappoint at all in this respect. It has some amazing Chicken Starters. Non-veg lovers should definately try the Non-veg platter. Good food, good music, good crowd, good ambience, 1 star minus for No AC, which is obvious though, since its a rooftop hukka restaurant, but cannot think of visiting this place in summers !! -

Nice place...but Overpriced 2011-02-14
I visited this place on saturday evening with my friend. We orderd some starters and "double apple+mint" hukka. Paneer was tasty and we got a quick hit from hukka. But later we came to know that they can take away ur hukka and stop the music anytime...bcoz of mumbai police :). Crowd was good. few of our friends were celebrating a birthday party there. But in my opinion prices are little bit high for the location but you can enjoy a romantic evening there with candle light dinner in moonlight. -

Worst place to be 2011-02-03
Apart from slow service and arrogant staff even the manager is not willing to listen to complains.In all if you have loads of money, donation is a much better option. -

Overpriced 2011-01-14
I felt, though tastewise ok, all the items were overpriced..they hav workd a lot on the ambiance but faild towards basic things like hukka quality and sound decibels. Least prefered wen i wna enjy -
