Smoke House Deli is the new Deli at Phoenix Mills.
Starting with the decor and ambience. All done up in white gives a spacious feel to this mid size joint. The tables are far enough so that you cant really accidentally eavesdrop. Has a very distinctive comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a rather crowded and buzzed location.
Moving on the beverage menu. They have an interesting menu which is two sided. One is the wine list and the other regular drinks. The wine stock is limited to a more Indian fare with very few international options.

If you want to spend casual dinner with your special someone. Or just catch up with old friends, I really recommend this place.
The ambiance is one of the best I have seen in a while now. I loved the white decor and the little detailing on the walls.
I am a vegetarian so usually I dont get many options on the menu, but this had quite a lot of great stuff. For appetizers, I had Aubergine and mozzarella fritters, (the paprika puffs looked great too when being served to the adjoining table).The drinks menu was also impressive.

Delicious & worth every penny! 2012-05-05
Staying true to the Delhi outpost, Smoke House Deli serves lip smacking European cuisine.. The Pastas are perfect and the Peri Peri roast chicken is flavorful and succulent..The decor and ambiance is understated yet classy..Its really perfect for lunch, dinner, or anything in between..A meal for 2, sans alcohol, would set you back by approx INR 1500..I still adore Indigo Deli, so next time around, its going to be a touch choice :/ -

Comfort food 2012-05-03
It was the last day of my friend's year long stint in Mumbai. After a very lazy start to the day, we decided to have a late lunch at Smoke House Deli. We wanted to eat something nice and not too heavy.
I started with a smoothie, which was simply amazing, there was no added sugar and the taste was all natural. It would be perfect if i had told them beforehand not to add any ice.

Finally my lucky day...got a table!! Well after being turned away thrice before...since they were full, or an hour plus waiting...anyways cutting str8 to the experience...which was perfect...a lovely dinner...my fiancee and I had a lovely meal...teh waiter was helpful and gave us good recommendations....the menu had a beautiful variety...the caesar salad was good not great and since I wanted chicken and my fiancee wanted prawns they gave us both separately...the mocktails were a good concoction i ordered for the Orange and Tangerine with Peach Syrup and she got the cucumber with lavender!!...the... read more -

this place as some one said does give indigo a run for its money. Though havent tried the desserts here, indigo does have blissful desserts. but for what ever food i tried ( vegetarian ) was delicious.
The veg burger , the ravioli , spaghetti everything was top notch.
Cant wait to go again in a bigger group so i can try everything that i wish to try.
O and dont forget to have the watermelon and mint juice its fresh and soothing.
For the portions and quality of food i think its value for money.
Expect to pay at-least 700 a head and upwards -

Service done right! 2012-04-21
This is the place other restaurants need to come and learn about how restaurant service needs to be! My second visit here was better than the first one. Salim, Rahul and Lawrence did everything they could to make sure every aspect of our meal was perfect. Even in the case where we ordered something we didn't actually intend to order due to a communication lapse, they handled the situation extremely professionally. Not only was the entree replaced but they also served us a salad while we waited for the new entree. I have yet to see such a genuine staff in Mumbai. Kudos! In terms of the food, my... read more -

Great food but..... 2012-04-20
My husband and I ate here once and the food is really good. But after that whenever we tried to reserve the place the receptionist Gladden was very indifferent, which was rather disappointing. Would even refuse to note the name. Once he wrote the name but never called. After that we never tried going to this place, we usually either visit Indigo or TGI. -

We tried again getting a reservation yesterday, 2 hrs in advance, but no luck. They didn't even want to register our name. I think Smoke house doesn't entertain crowd of two. Is it because, all there tables are for four or more....

Salim and Lawrence did an excellent job on the recommendations. They were also very accomodating and went out of their way to ensure that each dish and drink was perfect. The food is definitely good but the service impresses even more! -

Good food, indifferent service 2012-04-09
Went here yesterday at about 6 pm after a movie at PVR.
Was mostly empty - I guess due to the time we went at- decently done up though I would have liked some natural light coming into the restaurant.
Greek Salad and a Veg pimento sandwich were both quite nice and set us back by Rs 620. A nice tough is that they put a slice of orange and mint leaves in their water containers so it gives a refreshing feel to the water.
